To avoid re-delivery charges, please schedule your delivery for a day that you can be at home. Deliveries generally begin at 10:30 A.M. and continue until finished. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT PROMISE AN EXACT TIME OF DAY. Please contact the office at (314) 231-2100 with any questions.
Your delivery time will be affected by various factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather situations and how long it takes to deliver other customer merchandise on the truck. Please be sure you are ready to receive your furniture on the day scheduled.
Pick Up of Merchandise:
Our staff will be happy to load any item you pick up providing it will fit in your vehicle. Please bring any tie downs or rope needed to secure your merchandise. We will not be responsible for merchandise once you leave our dock.
We offer 2 layaway plans
4 month layaway plan. 20% initial down payment. 20% monthly payments.
9 month layaway plan. 10% initial down payment. 10% monthly payments.
A onetime $20 layaway fee applies to the 9 month layaway plan only.
Failure to make monthly payments will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
All remaining funds can be used towards other in store merchandise.
To make sure your merchandise if available, a 6 week notice is needed before merchandise can be available for delivery or pickup.
Hub offers an array of finance options. We do our very best to find a payment plan to meet everyone’s needs. Please see the credit application section of this website for more specific information.
Product availability is subject to change up to time of shipment. Once an item is placed on order with the manufacturer, we are at their mercy as to their delivery schedule. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. All sales are final after delivery has occurred. All standard manufacturer warranties apply. You may option to buy an extended warranty to cover your products beyond the manufacturer’s original warranty. Hub also offers fabric protection.
